Glam VoxBox

Glam VoxBox | More goods from Influenster this season.

*Please note: I received these products complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes*

When it comes to sponsored post, I'm a bit of a skeptic with the products I receive and Influenster is no exception. While I've appreciated the boxes I've received in the past, I was hoping for a little more with this one. The majority of products I used previously, but can still provide insight on these nonetheless. I recently received the Glam VoxBox which included a fair mix of beauty items. Here are some reviews on the following items:

Gillette Venus

I can't believe I have never used their products! Normally I stick to my Nair or wax and these razors came right on time. Lately my skin has been getting irritated from those products, so it felt good to have something different. I have never had a razor literally glide across my skin, y'all. These seemed to have a built in softening product on them and made shaving with eos so much better.

Q-Tips Precision Tips

I should've listed these first, but oh my! Best thing q-tips has ever released, not sure if there were other products either. I actually didn't use these for my nails at all, but instead on my piercings. I recently had my tragus re-done and these came in handy for those hard to reach areas.

Cutex Nail Polish Remover Pads

I loved these! Because of the field I work in sometimes I change my nails on weekdays and weekends. My only complaint was that there weren't more of these! Maybe they should consider selling them in packages like make-up remover wipes.

Venus Olay Shave Gel

I've never been a big fan of shaving gel which is probably why I opt for other methods than shaving. It wasn't personally the product I didn't like, its just gel on my legs and I don't get along. My sister loved this product and even wanted to go out and make a purchase. It's a no from me though, Venus.

Shea Moisture

These products are already a staple for me so I have no complaints. However, I gave my mother the anti-aging samples (I have this thing about using anti-aging when you're young). The facial scrub was amazing for my skin and left me with a glow.

Not Your Mothers' Dry Shampoo

Honestly, I'm not a fan of dry shampoo. My hair needs water its a fro, y'all. I attempted to use it for the sake of this review and still had my doubts. My hair was extremely dry and didn't have a clean feeling. It reminded me of hair spray with drying effects. I just don't think my hair does well with their products, so its another no from me.

Have you tried any of these products?
